I called on Monday 7/22 to schedule an appointment to get 2 new hose bibs installed, one in our front yard and one in the backyard. Anthony came out Tuesday morning 7/23 to figure out what was needed and he came back today 7/24 and did the work. From the first phone call with Jaime to the time their technician Anthony left our house, there was always a professional clear line of communication. We are extremely happy with the experience and will recommend 707 Plumbing & Electric to our friends, family & neighbors.

Just top-notch, start to finish! From Josie handling scheduling, etc, to Justin and Garrett being on-time, friendly, quick, professional—everything went as you hoped it would. 707 Plumbers are fantastic! I own a rental property in Santa Rosa but live in San Diego. 707 Plumbing is very responsive, communicates effectively, and follows through on their commitments. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have a reliable plumber to call when any issues arise at my rental property. Great job, everyone!

I would give 707 Plumbers a 10 if I could! Starting with contact during my initial call, their follow-up tech systems & calling when on their way. Best of all, Anthony gets a definite 10, for courtesy, communication, being totally thorough to find the origin of the leak which turned out to be a minimal repair. Oh yes, I always ask many questions to learn & understand, and Anthony gave me answers in a friendly manner. When I have future plumbing needs, I would certainly ask for Anthony! Johnathan from 707 plumbing and electric installed two recessed lights in our home. He was very professional, kept me informed of his next steps. The quality of work was excellent including cleaning up after he had finished.

Matt and his team at 707 Plumbers and Eloectric were amazing. My 96 year old father-in-law’s toilet broke and 707 made it a priority to help him the same day and replace his toilet. From my initial phone call with Josie at their office to my interactions with Anthony the plumber, they were nice, helpful and accommodating! I’d give them a 10 if I could. 707 Plumbers and Electric provided excellent service. They scheduled the appointment quickly to fix the water heater and George showed up right when expected. Communication is great and he got everything fixed and working in an efficient manner. Everything was upfront and clear about the reasonable cost for service. Highly recommend!

I am thrilled to have had the services of Anthony and Garrett to repair my shower leak. I also appreciate so very much having Justin’s knowledge and participation in the repair, which saved me from having major work done in my mobile home.
